If you find yourself casually browsing Zillow or Redfin (late night, coffee in hand, no judgment), quick reminder: Those “Request Info” and “Schedule a Tour” buttons don’t send a note to me.
They trigger a routing system, a bot, or an agent you’ve never met.
If a listing catches your eye, send it my way instead.
You are not bothering me.
You are not too early.
You are not wasting my time.
This is quite literally what I’m here for.
When you send a listing directly, I can tell you what’s actually happening behind the scenes. How long has it really been active? Whether there’s traction or hesitation. What the seller cares about. And whether the price tells the whole story.
Think of Zillow as the catalog.
Think of me as the context.
If something piques your interest, forward it. I’ll take it from there.
